Our Semi-Private Clinical Exercise Sessions offer a personalised, small-group experience tailored to your unique needs. With a maximum of 3 people per session, you will receive focused attention from our experienced Clinical Instructors as you work through a combination of Reformer, mixed apparatus, weights and floor/mat exercises. These sessions are designed to accommodate all fitness levels and can be tailored to manage a variety of conditions, from sports injuries and musculoskeletal pain to post-surgery rehabilitation and general fitness goals. Whether you’re looking to improve strength, mobility, flexibility, or recovery, our semi-private classes provide a supportive environment to progress at your own pace.
One on One
Our Private Sessions provide one-on-one, tailored support with our experienced instructors to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. These sessions use a variety of equipment, including Reformer Pilates, classical Pilates apparatus, weights, and floor/mat exercises, all designed specifically for your needs. Whether you’re managing a chronic condition, recovering from an injury or surgery, or simply looking to improve your strength and mobility, these private sessions are completely personalised to you. With the undivided attention you’ll receive expert guidance, modifications, and progression tailored to your body’s unique requirements.
PLEASE NOTE: *Semi-Private classes are set on the schedule and open spaces can be seen with a (*) nexto the private appointment time slot. A minimum of 2 clients needed to add a new class to the timetable.
Health fund rebate eligibility for sessions with our Physio or Clinical Instructors depend on your fund and individual cover.
