Our Classes.

  • A solid introduction to Reformer Pilates, Foundations focuses on mastering the fundamentals of movement, alignment, and building a strong foundation. Perfect for beginners and anyone wanting to refine their technique. This class involves stable movements around the machine while still challenging your body. Pre and postpartum women are welcome to join in a supportive, nurturing environment. Get to know the machine on these classes and begin to feel the power of solid movement principles with expert guidance.

  • Level Up is your next step - ideal for those who have the basics down and are ready to take their practice further Building strength, increasing flexibility, and improving coordination through carefully structured exercises. This class is tailored to help you refine your form and elevate your Reformer experience. Here you will experience combination movements, props and playing with spring tensions. Perfect for those looking for a challenge!

  • Push your limits with Elite - a highly challenging Reformer Pilates class designed for advanced practitioners. With dynamic movements and advanced techniques, this class will test your strength, flexibility, and endurance. We recommend this for those who already have a strong Reformer practice and a deep understanding of technique. Take on the challenge and see how far you can go!

  • Stronger is a full-body class combining weights, conditioning, and some Reformer Pilates to build strength, power, and endurance through dynamic, functional movements. With layered options for every exercise, it’s suitable for all levels, including peri-partum women, and designed to help you move with purpose, stability, and athletic confidence both on and off the machine.

  • A class where all levels of experience are welcome! This session is designed to keep things fresh, fun and a little unexpected. Each class is uniquely crafted by your instructor and may include stability, strength and control work playing with layers and props. Expect variety, challenge, and creativity - no two classes will be the same.

  • This postnatal class welcomes you and your baby into a calm, supportive space where your recovery and strength come first. With the Program led by a Physiotherapist and delivered by an expert instructor, we focus on core, pelvic floor, postural strength, and confident return to movement. Move at your pace, with guidance and care - bubs are welcome to stay close by while you focus on you!

  • Exhale is your time to unwind and restore. Guided by a certified yoga instructor. This gentle, breath-led class blends mobility work, restorative postures, and mindful movement to release tension and support recovery.

    Perfect for easing out of a busy week, preparing for the days ahead, or offering a slower pace for peri- partum participants. Reconnect with your body and breath while finding balance, calm, and renewed energy.

  • Jump is an explosive, high-energy Reformer workout that combines cardio and strength training using the jumpboard. Get your heart
    pumping, muscles firing, and calories burning in a fun, intense class. This is for clients who are comfortable with Reformer Pilates and want to take their fitness to the next level. A high-impact session that’ll make you feel alive and sweaty - jump in!


Empowering the Modern Mother: Pregnancy & Postpartum


 

At Ember, we empower women through movement at every stage of motherhood. Led by a Womens Health Senior Physio and expert instructors, we provide safe, effective, and challenging Pilates tailored to your body’s evolving needs.

Your Movement Pathway

Whether you are maintaining strength during pregnancy or restoring your core postnatal, we have a class for you.

  • Prenatal: We recommend a Physio consultation at the start of your second trimester to establish your exercise plan. While many of our classes are suitable with modifications, we recommend avoiding Jump and Elite sessions beyond the third trimester.

  • Postpartum: Before returning to the studio, we strongly recommend a specialised Women’s or Pelvic Health check. This is a comprehensive assessment that goes beyond the standard 6-week GP check; our team can support you with this assessment in-studio.

  • Returning to Exercise: Your specific Postpartum Return-to-Exercise Guidelines will be provided during your first class to ensure a safe and confident recovery.
