The Story of Ember…

Ember was born from a simple observation: the best care happens when everything you need is under one roof.

With over 15 years as a Senior Physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates instructor, Jemma-Rae has worked across the globe - from South Africa and London to Auckland and now Australia. In the world’s leading medical hubs, she saw the power of "Circle of Care" teams, where physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and strength training live together to support the person, not just the injury.

But when she looked at the local landscape, she saw a gap. You could find a clinical clinic or a high-energy fitness studio, but rarely a place that combined elite clinical intention with the fire and fun of group movement.

In late 2024, the spark finally caught. With Jemma’s global expertise and Campbell’s (our behind-the-scenes engine and resident numbers man) operational drive, Ember was created.

We can’t wait to meet you,
